2. E-Commerce Terms for Bottle Shop Pickup Orders:

a. AGE VERIFICATION: By purchasing from this store you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to provide a valid, government-issued ID at time of order pickup.

b. DAILY ORDER LIMITS: California State Law limits the quantity of distilled spirits sold by a craft distillery to a MAXIMUM OF 3 BOTTLES @750ML PER CONSUMER PER DAY. By purchasing from this store you confirm that no more than 3 bottles per customer with valid government ID will be available for distillery pickup per day.

c. In the event that an order is placed and pickup is not made in compliance with our purchase terms, items will be held for a maximum of 30 days following the originally scheduled pickup time. After this period, reserved items may be returned to inventory. If you’d like to cancel your pickup order and receive a refund please contact us at any time by sending your request details to shop@drinksabbatical.com
