Sabbatical Spirits: Delivered
Please note due to current regulations, we can only ship spirits within the state of California!
We offer flat-rate shipping throughout all of California via UPS Ground services. Orders placed online will be fulfilled within 1-2 standard business days from time of order and typically arrive to your location within 2-5 business days from the time of purchase.
As soon as your order is placed online you will receive a confirmation receipt via email. You’ll get an additional notification once your order has been packed for shipment with your unique UPS Tracking # to follow the estimated arrival date. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier and shipped your tracking information will be updated and you will also have the option to visit UPS.com to request the package be held at a nearby UPS access point location using the UPS My Choice service. We recommend this option if you are unsure if you will be home at the time of delivery. Please note that orders placed on Friday-Sunday will not be shipped out until Monday at the earliest.
AGE VERIFICATION & SIGNATURE: By purchasing from this store you confirm that an adult of at least 21 years of age will be present with a valid, government-issued ID to provide signature at time of delivery. An adult signature is required to receive package from UPS. If you miss the first delivery attempt, UPS will leave a notification and attempt delivery at a future date. Sabbatical is not responsible for repeated missed delivery attempts via UPS that lead to package being returned to sender. California State Law limits the quantity of distilled spirits sold by a craft distillery to a MAXIMUM OF 3 BOTTLES @750ML PER CONSUMER PER DAY. By purchasing from this store you confirm that no more than 3 bottles per customer with valid government ID will be purchased for collection per day.
Orders placed for shipping can be refunded or switched to bottle shop pickup up until the time that they have been fulfilled by sending a request to shop@drinksabbatical.com. Once an order has shipped it is no longer eligible for modification. In the rare event that any of your items were damaged in transit or missing from your delivery, please send an email outlining your issue immediately upon receipt to shop@drinksabbatical.com and we will work with you to issue a refund or send replacement items.
All shipments are subject to UPS policies. Tracking and routing of packages can be managed via UPS once shipped. You can find general estimated transit times from the Sabbatical Distillery (zip code 95234) to your location by entering your address at UPS.com
